Associate Sales Consultant

Muriel holds an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design and Interior Architecture. She joined Studio H2O in 2025 and serves as the team’s lighting specialist, helping clients bring both beauty and practicality to every space. Before joining Studio H2O, she designed and created software renderings for wedding venues and took on freelance design projects, combining creativity and functionality to bring spaces to life.

Outside of design, Muriel is a passionate musician in a bluegrass band, adores her three cats, and loves spending time outdoors.

ALA Lighting Specialist

Lauren holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Iowa (2016) and is a certified Lighting Specialist through the American Lighting Association. She joined Studio H2O in 2018 as a Lighting Consultant and has since expanded her expertise to plumbing, bath cabinetry, and countertops. Lauren enjoys helping clients design full bathroom remodels, thoughtfully combining all the elements to create beautiful and functional spaces.

Outside of work, Lauren loves spending time with friends and family, crafting embroidery and watercolor projects, tackling large jigsaw puzzles, and singing along to musical theater songs.

Operations Specialist

Katie brings a diverse background to the showroom, holding an Associate of Science degree and an EMT-B certification. Before joining the kitchen and bath industry, she spent several years in healthcare working in phlebotomy and social services – experience that shaped her strong communication, problem-solving, and client-care skills. In her role, she supports the team behind the scenes to keep projects running smoothly and customers well taken care of.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys tending to her small hobby farm and spending time outdoors with her family.

Katie Dumont

Abby brings over six years of experience supporting clients and teams across product purchasing, sales support, and project management. She specializes in building strong client relationships, keeping projects organized, and making sure processes run smoothly from start to finish.

When she’s not assisting customers, Abby also plays a key role in staff training and onboarding, helping teams feel confident and set up for success. Her favorite projects are the ones that allow room for creativity—especially when eclectic styles are part of the mix.

She is currently pursuing her MBA, expanding her strategic and business-focused skill set.

Abby Jacobs

Sales Consultant

Leda has built her career in customer- and public-facing roles, with experience ranging from volunteer recruitment and logistics at a non-profit organization to leading a department in a retail environment. In every role, she focuses on understanding people’s needs and using creative problem-solving to meet them.

Internally, Leda enjoys developing efficient procedures and taking a micro-level approach to improving processes. She’s known for her attention to detail—and her appreciation for Oxford commas, semi-colons, and well-placed em dashes.

A fun fact: she adopted her dog because they share the same name.

Senior Administrative Specialist

Kristine has over ten years of experience in the industry, with a background spanning customer service, sales, design, and logistics. She brings a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to her work, balancing practical coordination with an eye for design and client needs.

Outside of work, Kristine enjoys exploring older homes and land listings, reimagining layouts, and selecting fixtures that balance form and function. Her favorite projects are those where homeowners want to honor the original style or era of their home, pushing her to step outside her personal preferences and offer design solutions that truly fit the space.
